…when you contact us at the Campus.

The Situation

Whether you’re calling, emailing, or visiting in person, we’re here to help. Our aim is to respond promptly and professionally while building strong relationships with families.

Parents/Carers of Primary Pupils

Parents of primary pupils can speak with the Head Teacher, Depute Head Teacher of Support Staff at the gate in the morning, or with class teachers at the end of the day. If you wish to speak with someone, the class teacher can call you at the end of the day, or communicate with you via email. Should you wish to speak with a promoted member of staff you will be directed to speak with a Principal Teacher in the first instance, then the Depute Head Teacher and then the Head Teacher if required.

Parents/Carers of Secondary Pupils

All communication in our secondary goes through the Principal Teacher of Pastoral Support in the first instance. When you contact us, you will be put through to the relevant pastoral teacher. If they are not available, a message will be passed to them to call you back. It is important to note that our Pastoral Team have a large teaching commitment so please be patient knowing they will get back to you as soon as they can. If your call is urgent, please let our office staff know and they will ensure you speak with someone as a matter of urgency.

What We’ll Do

  • Ensure your message is directed to the right person as quickly as possible.
  • Aim to acknowledge all contact within 24 hours (during term time). North Ayrshire Council policy allows 48 hours for return communication, however, we aim for contact as soon as possible.
