Remember habits don’t happen overnight! Making small, gradual changes and sticking to them is key. So be kind to yourself if it takes a while to get used to the changes and enjoy the amazing feeling when things start to feel like a routine.

Remember to adjust this as needed – and best of luck with your new school routine.
