Pupils from the IST department have been taking part in very valuable conservation work at Lochshore, in partnership with Friends of Lochshore.
Every Friday morning, from periods 1-3, Harrison McNeill, Dexter Sutherland, Calvin Reid and Jayden Andrews head down to Lochshore to do their bit for the community.
The four pupils participate in conservation work, such as clearing weeds from cats eye lights on the cycle track to ensure they stay clean and bright, clearing walkways (including a path in the Enchanted Forest) and litter picking.
This very helpful and useful work is on going. The next plan is to create a path down beside Lochshore itself.
We are very grateful to Harrison, Dexter, Calvin and Jayden for the work they are doing.
