Telling people how you feel can sometimes be insanely difficult especially if it’s about your mental health or telling a friend something. To help you, I’ve came up with some ways to tell others how you feel.
Writing it Down
Putting your feelings into words is a very tricky thing to do and it can cause even more stress when you can’t explain it in full detail. Taking your time and building it up on paper can help you fully understand it. Then, you can read it out loud to someone.
You could also write it down and send it to them through text or give them the paper you wrote it down on.
Talk to Them
Sit down and talk to them. Take your time, don’t overthink it, just say what you want. Explain it the best you can and just talk.
Sit Down
Arrange a time or place, like going out to a cafe or meeting at their house for tea. Having a place and time arranged can make it easier to speak up.
Remember, speaking to people is super important. If you don’t tell people what’s wrong, it’ll make it worse.
